Kristin was our Realtor when we bought the home we just sold and was the only person we thought of when it came time to sell that home and buy us a forever home. Working with Kristin was such a great experience. She's so organized and actually listens, which doesn’t seem to be a common practice these days. She was great in pulling together lists of houses to see based on my must haves and working our way thru them, then taking my criticisms and adjusting the search. Once I selected a home and placed an offer she was there to make sure everything got negotiated successfully and then was still there to make sure everything else went smooth. There were a couple reports or inspections that she went back to for clarification, just so they wouldn’t crop up later and cause issues. Her understanding of the mortgage business was key to that.
